SEM / PPC Account Manager in Vadodara, भारत

We are looking for a SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC professional who understands paid advertising well and is equally comfortable working with clients.

This is not just a campaign execution role. You will work closely with our performance marketing specialists while also taking ownership of client communication -- understanding business objectives, discussing campaign performance, presenting recommendations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring clients always have clarity on what we are doing and why. 

You don't need to know everything about PPC on day one. We have experienced specialists within the team whom you will work alongside and learn from. What matters to us is that you already have a strong working foundation in paid media, think logically about campaign performance, communicate confidently, and are keen to develop into a well-rounded performance marketing professional.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coordinate PPC accounts across Google, Meta and other paid media platforms.
• Participate in and gradually lead regular client calls and campaign reviews.
• Understand each client's business, objectives, audiences and commercial priorities.
• Explain campaign performance and recommendations to clients in clear, simple language.
• Work closely with our PPC specialists to plan campaign strategy, experiments and optimisations.
• Review campaign performance, identify trends and highlight opportunities or concerns.
• Prepare and present monthly reports and performance insights.
• Ensure client queries, requests and action items are handled accurately and on time.
• Plan and optimise paid search campaigns, including keywords, targeting, bidding, ad copy and budgets.
• Coordinate landing pages, conversion tracking and analytics requirements with relevant internal teams.
• Keep clients informed proactively rather than waiting for them to ask for updates.
• Stay current with developments across Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics, attribution and the wider performance marketing ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing .
• Practical experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads, exposure to other paid platforms is an advantage.
• Good understanding of campaign structure, keywords, bidding, targeting, conversion tracking and performance metrics.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into meaningful observations and recommendations.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients on video calls and explaining ideas clearly.
• Ability to ask good questions and understand a client's business rather than looking only at advertising metrics.
• Strong organisation and follow-through, especially when managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with specialists rather than needing to do everything independently.
• Curious, analytical and keen to keep learning.

You can look at a campaign and understand what is happening, but you can also get on a client call and explain it without drowning the conversation in PPC jargon.

You are comfortable saying, “Let me dig deeper into this with the team and come back to you,” when something requires specialist input, rather than pretending to know every answer.

And most importantly, you want to become significantly better at performance marketing over the next few years.

Good to Have

• Google Ads certifications.
• Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with lead-generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.
• Exposure to international clients.
• Experience presenting monthly or quarterly campaign performance reviews.
• Working knowledge of Looker Studio or other reporting tools.
