Key Responsibilities ✅ Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to drive growth of Solar Components business (Solar Connectors, Harnesses, Junction Boxes, etc.) ✅ Drive business development with Solar Developers, EPC Companies, Panel & Module Manufacturers, Dealers, OEMs, and String Combiner Box Manufacturers. ✅ Identify new market opportunities, expand customer base, and explore new product opportunities within the solar segment. ✅ Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing teams for new product development, lead generation, and brand promotion. ✅ Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets. ✅ Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking platforms. ✅ Stay updated on solar industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.
