Job Title: OT (Operational Technology) Security Manager Experience: 6+ Years
Travel: Willingness to travel to the Middle East based on project needs
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security Consultant with over 6 years of experience in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments. Perform OT/ICS security assessments, risk analysis, and maturity assessments across industries such as oil & gas, utilities, and manufacturing.
Design and implement security controls tailored to OT environments in compliance with global frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, etc.).
Coordinate with plant operations, control systems engineers, and IT security teams to ensure holistic security coverage.
Configure, monitor, and manage OT-specific security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection.
Develop and document OT network architecture, security policies, and procedures.
Conduct threat modeling and vulnerability assessments for OT networks and devices.
Provide training and awareness programs for operations teams on OT security practices.
Stay current on emerging OT threats, vulnerabilities, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum 6 years of experience in OT/ICS security, with hands-on experience in securing SCADA, PLC, DCS, or other control systems.

Knowledge of network segmentation and zoning in OT environments.
Ability to design and implement secure OT network architecture.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to Travel: Must be open to short/long-term travel assignments in the Middle East as required.
Immediate or early joiners will be given preference.
