Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft 365 Workplace Conditional Access Expert to design, implement, govern, and continuously enhance enterprise Conditional Access solutions. The role focuses on securing Microsoft 365 access through risk-based controls, Zero Trust principles, and identity security , while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise Conditional Access policies.

• Govern and continuously optimize M365 access controls.

• Manage MFA, device compliance, identity and risk-based policies.

• Drive Zero Trust security initiatives across the workplace environment.

• Collaborate with IAM, Endpoint, Cyber Security and Workplace teams.

• Troubleshoot access issues and assess policy impact.

• Define security standards, governance and best practices.

• Act as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 access policies.
