As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The work environment encourages the use of modern development methodologies and frameworks to build scalable and efficient software. Throughout the day, the engineer balances coding, testing, and refining software elements while adapting to feedback and changing priorities to deliver high-quality results.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Experience in designing and implementing custom workflows and connectors within identity management platforms.
Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to enhance identity management processes.
Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements related to identity governance.
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
This position is based at our Gurugram office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
