About the job

Role Description:
The Search Engine Optimization Executive will be responsible for improving organic search visibility and driving qualified traffic to client websites. This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, managing link-building campaigns and executing regular SEO audits. The role includes monitoring rankings and analytics, preparing performance reports, and recommending data-driven strategies for continuous improvement. The SEO Executive will collaborate with content, design and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets and may support social media marketing initiatives to complement SEO efforts.

Key Responsibility:
1. Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and SEO audits for data-driven optimization.
2. Candidates should possess practical experience with on-page SEO, including meta tags, content optimization and technical improvements.
3. Candidates should possess effective link building capabilities, including outreach and off-page SEO strategies.
4. Candidates should possess familiarity with social media marketing to support and enhance overall SEO performance.
5. Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools).
6. Candidates should possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
7. Candidates should possess good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
9. Knowledge of current search engine algorithms, industry best practices and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
