Scrum Master S/4HANA ProgramRole : SAFe Scrum Master SAP S/4HANA DeliveryResponsibilities : We are looking for a senior SAP SAFe Scrum Master with 10 - 14+ years of experience to facilitate Agile teams delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions. The role requires strong Scrum and SAFe knowledge, SAP delivery exposure, and servant leadership.- Facilitate Scrum events : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives- Coach teams on Scrum and SAFe practices- Remove impediments and manage team dependencies- Work closely with Product Owners and RTEs- Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready and Done- Support PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt- Track team metrics and continuous improvementKey Responsibilities : - Act as servant leader for Agile teams- Drive team predictability and quality- Promote collaboration and transparency- Escalate risks and impediments appropriatelyRequirements : - Minimum 10 - 14+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum- Proven experience as SAFe Scrum Master on SAP programs- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA delivery- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification preferred- Strong facilitation and communication skillsAccount Context : - Customer interviews are delivery and facilitation focused- Evaluation emphasizes servant leadership and team enablementEnvironment : - SAP S/4HANA, SAFe Framework, Jira/ADO, SAP Activate (ref:hirist.tech)
