SAP System Support Manager in Bangalore, भारत

Johnson & Johnson seeks a SAP System Support Manager in Bangalore to lead supply chain systems support across APAC. The role bridges IT and business functions, managing SAP/CRM environments, overseeing testing for system changes, and building a team to support end-to-end supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for business on all systems-related changes and maintenance
• Own testing, sign-off, and user acceptance testing for system enhancements and projects
• Gather requirements, conduct training, and support rollout of new processes and system changes
• Build, lead, and manage team of functional and master data leads; drive performance via KPIs
• Monitor SAP interfaces and support business process improvements and issue resolution

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules and supply chain applications
• Understanding of SAP-to-external system communication (EDI, WebMethods)
• Project management skills with implementation methodology experience
• Team leadership capability with experience building and managing shared service teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functional and technical teams
• Experience providing remote regional IT support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
