Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for business on all systems-related changes and maintenance
Own testing, sign-off, and user acceptance testing for system enhancements and projects
Gather requirements, conduct training, and support rollout of new processes and system changes
Build, lead, and manage team of functional and master data leads; drive performance via KPIs
Monitor SAP interfaces and support business process improvements and issue resolution
Requirements
Deep knowledge of SAP SD/MM modules and supply chain applications
Understanding of SAP-to-external system communication (EDI, WebMethods)
Project management skills with implementation methodology experience
Team leadership capability with experience building and managing shared service teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functional and technical teams
Experience providing remote regional IT support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
