SAP OpenText Application Expert. Experience : 5 - 10 Years. Job Location : PAN India. Job Description : Key Responsibilities :- System Configuration & Maintenance : Configure, upgrade, patch, and manage OpenText Content Server (OTCS) and OpenText Directory Services (OTDS).- Custom Development : Design and customize complex workflows, forms, and system solutions.- API Integration : Integrate OpenText applications with external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.- Troubleshooting : Handle software infrastructure incident management and resolve complex technical support issues. Core Requirements & Skills :- Experience : Generally 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText administration or development.- Technical Stack : Strong proficiency in Java, XML, SQL databases, and web services (REST/SOAP).- Platform Knowledge : Familiarity with OpenText products including Content Server, Archive Server, and xECM.- Soft Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
