to SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository). 

The candidate will be responsible for handing out all the sales related
activities, job monitoring, and addressing any store raised concerns. 

The candidate should be able to handle
incidents via service now, should have a basic knowledge to handle the tool.

Also, should have basic knowledge of
procurement and inventory management along with incident handling across all
areas like receiving, returns, counting and physical inventory.
