Solution Design & Configuration :- Translate requirements into SAP solutions, configuring system settings and customizing modules to meet business objectives.2. Implementation & Support :- Lead or assist with full lifecycle implementations, data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), defect management, and ongoing system support.3. Documentation :- Create essential project documents like Business Blueprints, Functional Specifications (FDDs), User Manuals, and Test Scripts.4. Integration :- Manage integration between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (like FI) or third-party systems including any other HR system.5. Training & Communication :- Develop training materials and conduct user training; report project status to management and stakeholders.6.
