Your future duties and responsibilities
Role Overview :
. Job Title: SAP EWM/MM Solution Architect (Lead Architect)
. Experience Range: 10 to 12+ years of total SAP supply chain experience
. Key Focus: Enterprise level solution architecture, S/4HANA Embedded/Decentralized EWM, and MM/IM procurement to warehouse flow
Key Responsibilities
. Solution Architecture & Governance: Design scalable enterprise blueprints for SAP EWM (Embedded and Decentralized) and MM processes across global rollouts.
. Cross Module Integration: Align EWM and MM/IM with SAP SD, PP, TM (Transportation Management), and external warehouse automation/MFS (Material Flow Systems).
. Process Mastery (EWM): Oversee inbound/outbound delivery processing, putaway, picking, packing, staging, replenishment, physical inventory, and Handling Unit Management (HUM).
. Process Mastery (MM): Design core purchasing (PR, PO, RFQ), Inventory Management (IM), Invoice Verification (IV), material master data, and valuation strategies.
. Stakeholder & Leadership: Lead client workshops, conduct fit gap analyses, mentor functional consultants, and manage offshore onshore delivery models.
. Quality & Deployment: Oversee design reviews, system testing (SIT, UAT), data migration, cutover planning, and go live readiness.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required Qualifications & Skills
. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
. Technical Experience: Multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (Embedded EWM and decentralized environments). Deep configuration experience in SAP EWM and MM.
. Integration Knowledge: Experience with IDocs, APIs, Web Services, and RF (Radio Frequency) / Fiori frameworks
. Certifications: Valid SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement (MM) or SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) certification preferred.
. Soft Skills: Executive communication, stakeholder management, problem solving, and cross functional leadership. As this is independent role, need someone who could be excellent in communication and easily understand the business language and should be able to talk to business in simple business terms.
