SAP CRM Services with IBase : We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Services Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in IBase (Installed Base).Mandatory Skills : - SAP CRM Service- SAP CRM IBase / Installed Base- Service Orders, Service Requests, Complaints & Contracts- SAP CRM Middleware / PI-PO- SAP ECC / S/4HANA integration- BAdIs / User Exits / CRM enhancements- Equipment Master and Serial Number tracking- Service & Warranty ManagementKey Responsibilities : - Design, configure and support SAP CRM Service and IBase.- Manage IBase objects, hierarchy and installed-base data.- Integrate IBase with Service Orders, Complaints, Contracts and Equipment Master.- Support CRM integration with ECC/S4HANA.- Troubleshoot CRM Middleware, PI-PO and data replication issues.- Develop/enhance CRM functionality using BAdIs, User Exits and other technical enhancements.- Work with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver SAP CRM solutions.- Support service and warranty-related business processes.
