At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that help the world do more with less. We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Business Analyst - Supply Chain to join our team and help drive smarter business decisions through analytics, reporting, and process optimization.
In this role, you will transform complex supply chain data into meaningful insights that improve planning, procurement, inventory management, and operational performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions to create scalable reporting solutions, enhance data quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions, translating business requirements into actionable insights and technical solutions.
Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.
Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve planning, procurement, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity while delivering recurring and ad hoc reports that drive informed business decisions.
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics and emerging technologies to enhance reporting capabilities and business processes.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field, with 6+ years of relevant experience in business analytics or business intelligence.
Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling.
Experience working with SAP and supply chain business processes, along with knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Familiarity with data integration, cloud-based data solutions, and modern analytics platforms.
