Cencora seeks an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to maintain SAP systems reliability, performance, and user support. The role involves managing infrastructure, coordinating upgrades and patches, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting both on-premises and cloud environments across multiple SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP systems and applications, supporting user training and system usage
• Install upgrades, patches, and manage changes across test, pre-production, and production environments
• Monitor system performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and respond to system outages
• Create automation scripts for process improvement and prepare technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of SAP implementation and systems administration experience
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP PO, SAP Fiori, and database administration
• Certification in Basis, Oracle, HANA, ITIL, or cloud platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of client/server technology and multiple SAP software products
• Experience with on-premises and public cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS)
