Cencora seeks a SAP Basis Administrator to maintain reliability and performance of SAP systems across multiple modules. The role involves system management, user support, installation of upgrades, and troubleshooting of complex technical issues in on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP system reliability, performance, and support across multiple modules
• Manage application installations, upgrades, patches, and production deployments
• Support integration of changes across test, pre-production, and production environments
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Respond to escalated system problems and provide Level II support to help desk

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 5+ years of SAP implementation and systems administration experience
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP PO, SAP Fiori, and related platforms
• Certification in Basis, Oracle, HANA, ITIL, or cloud platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of database administration and client/server technology
• Experience troubleshooting complex SAP performance issues
