Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to oversee daily operations, lead employees, achieve business objectives, and ensure a high standard of customer service and performance. The Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and improving day-to-day activities while supporting the development of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve company goals.

• Plan and coordinate daily operations and workflow.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities and monitor completion.

• Recruit, train, onboard, and develop team members as required.

• Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Manage schedules, attendance, staffing levels, and employee performance.

• Monitor budgets, expenses, inventory, and other operational resources as applicable.

• Ensure company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and applicable regulations are followed.

• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

• Prepare reports and communicate business results, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.

• Set performance goals and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
