Responsibilities
Perform first and second entry of patient demographics and administrative data from requisitions
Process batches according to urgency and defined turnaround times
Generate audit trails and ensure proper documentation of all activities
Perform on-call and after-hours duties as scheduled
Support departmental process improvements and maintain compliance with SOPs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
Preferred: 6 months clinical research industry experience
