Responsibilities

• Perform first and second entry of patient demographics and administrative data from requisitions
• Process batches according to urgency and defined turnaround times
• Generate audit trails and ensure proper documentation of all activities
• Perform on-call and after-hours duties as scheduled
• Support departmental process improvements and maintain compliance with SOPs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• Preferred: 6 months clinical research industry experience
• Preferred: Master's degree in Science
