Responsibilities
Conduct requirements gathering with stakeholders to define scalable Salesforce solutions
Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using platform capabilities and APIs
Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices for production stability
Design and maintain security models, access controls, and data governance frameworks
Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years hands-on Salesforce implementation, development, configuration, and enterprise support
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows
Deep expertise in Salesforce security, access control, profiles, and permission management
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Splunk
Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, GitHub, Gearset, and deployment governance
Salesforce certifications preferred; Platform Developer II, Administrator, or Architect equivalents
