Qualifications & Experience : - 8+ years of professional experience developing and supporting Salesforce solutions in enterprise production environments.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.- Demonstrated delivery experience with Salesforce Administration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, advanced Flow automation, enterprise integrations, and data migration.- Practical experience implementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions is strongly preferred.- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, unified customer profiles, or customer 360 capabilities is preferred.- Experience using Copado, Flosum, or a comparable Salesforce DevOps platform for CI/CD and release management is preferred.- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is preferred; Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Agent force Specialist, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, or relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous.- Experience working with sensitive or regulated financial data and applying secure software-development and data-handling practices is required.- Wealth management, asset management, financial technology, or related financial-services experience is a plus.
