Experience: 8+ years in CRM or enterprise applications, including 5+ years with Salesforce and 2+ years in solution design or leadership.
Teceze is an IT services company supporting clients across Digital Workplace Services, Cloud and Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Staff Augmentation and Global Procurement Services. This role contributes to client Salesforce consulting and delivery, working with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement, improve and support enterprise applications.
Teceze is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to turn client business goals into coherent, deliverable Salesforce solutions. You will own the functional solution across business processes and Salesforce products, align stakeholders on scope and priorities, and guide consultants and developers from discovery through adoption.
Design solutions across relevant Salesforce products, defining functional capabilities, data relationships, access needs and integration requirements.
Evaluate standard features, configuration, custom development and third-party applications; Produce solution blueprints, process maps, backlog structure and acceptance criteria that enable accurate estimates and phased implementation.
Partner with Technical Architects on scalability, security, integration and data migration; Guide consultants and developers during implementation, review demonstrations and resolve ambiguity before it creates avoidable rework.
Control solution scope through impact analysis, dependency mapping and clear change recommendations to project and client leadership.
Oversee business validation, user acceptance testing, readiness and adoption plans, ensuring delivered functionality supports agreed operating processes.
Required skills and experience
Experience shaping and delivering at least two substantial Salesforce implementations, including requirements, solution design and stakeholder sign-off.
Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with depth in at least one additional Salesforce capability.
Practical understanding of Flow, permissions, data models, reporting and the boundary between configuration and custom development.
Ability to define integration and migration requirements and collaborate effectively with architects, developers and data specialists.
Solution blueprint, future-state process maps, capability roadmap, prioritised backlog, decision log and business-readiness recommendations.
Stakeholders agree the solution scope, acceptance criteria and business ownership before implementation commitments are made.
