Role Summary : The Salesforce Architect owns the end-to-end architecture, technical leadership, and governance of the Salesforce ecosystem - spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud partner portals, MuleSoft integrations, SAP ERP connectivity, and digital platforms. Platform Architecture : - Define Salesforce architecture and roadmap across Sales, Service, Field Service, and Partner Portal.- Design scalable, secure solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices.- Guide teams on declarative vs. programmatic solution trade-offs.2. Hands-On Development & Technical Leadership : - Develop and maintain Apex, LWC, and integrations as needed.- Conduct code reviews; enforce coding standards, design patterns, and governor limit compliance.- Guide teams on efficient Apex, SOQL, and reusable component design.3. Integration Architecture : - Design and govern API-led integrations with resilient error handling and retry mechanisms.- Establish API standards, versioning strategies, and event-driven architecture patterns.6.
