Position Overview :We're seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to design, document, develop, test, and implement custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform, collaborating with colleagues worldwide for the timely delivery of high-quality project outcomes. If you're passionate about Salesforce and want to be part of a growing, dynamic team, please apply today, and explain why you're the perfect fit for the https://jobeax.com/link/br6NxturomjQ6azC :- Design and development of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce), including objects fields and FLS, custom objects, scheduled jobs, validation rules, and flows.- Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies.- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure high performance, security, and scalability of the solutions.- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure the functionality and quality of the code.- Work within a daily scrum team, able to communicate blockers and help needed from product owner, technical lead, and other developers across geographies.- Support the deployment and release management processes using tools such as GitHub, Copado, and Salesforce DX.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the existing applications and integrations.- Document solution designs in Confluence and update existing process and architecture documentation.- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and evaluate and recommend improvements and innovations for the platform.- Communicate effectively with the clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for data quality, accuracy, and https://jobeax.com/link/8LAIn0irUwVsnoIv Functions (What you'll need to join Insight:) :- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.- At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.- Strong knowledge and experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, data driven decision making and attention to detail are required.- Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools such as Jira.- Experience in developing custom applications and integrations on the salesforce platform using various tools and frameworks such as Salesforce DX, Lightning Design System, and SLDS.- Experience in using GitHub, Copado, SFDX, Jira and other tools for version control and continuous integration.- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and platform capabilities.- Certification in Platform Developer I and II, or equivalent.- Minimum Salesforce Agentblazer Champion with experience delivering Agentforce agents with Data Cloud, preferred Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
