Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with potential customers through calls and multiple communication channels to identify sales opportunities.
2. Source new leads, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects.
3. Identify customer budgets, preferences, and specific property-buying requirements.
4. Present real estate projects by highlighting their pricing, amenities, key features, and location benefits.
5. Assess and qualify prospects based on their interest level, budget, and purchase intent.
6. Arrange and manage property site visits for prospective buyers.
7. Maintain regular communication with leads to drive site visits, convert prospects into bookings, and support deal closures.
