About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
2. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
3. Sign up new client accounts and sell products to existing ones.
4. Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.
5. Manage client accounts generated and assigned by regular follow-ups.
6. Communicate with clients and understand their daily requirements for products.
7. Negotiate pricing and generate necessary orders.
8. Promote new product lines added to the company's inventory.
9. Maintain great client relationships by providing excellent customer service.
10. Understand client issues and offer solutions and support

1. University or college degree

2. Demonstrates the ability to converse well and has a flair for convincing

5. Good listening skills; self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

6. Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures

7. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

8. Experience working with a pharmaceutical company or a pharmacy degree holder (Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy) will be an added advantage.
