About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and focused professionals to join our International Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and professionally.
Document all interactions and maintain data accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
Ability to handle customers from diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy.
Positive attitude, quick learner, and problem-solving mindset.

Desired Skills & Experience:-
Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in international BPO/customer service will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
