Job Overview As a Customer Success Associate in the Health & Life Insurance process, you will play a key role in engaging with potential customers and helping them choose the right insurance products. This is a domestic outbound process where your primary responsibility will be to connect with interested leads, understand their needs, and guide them through suitable insurance plans.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
Engage with interested leads to promote and explain suitable insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend insurance plans that match their requirements.
Resolve customer queries with a consultative approach, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with process guidelines.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates.
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Clear pronunciation and grammar; no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tone Influence)
Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in sales conversations
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle tools and scripts
Versant Level 6 certified (required during the selection process)
