Rooted in the belief that astrology should guide, not confuse, AstroKarma connects users with carefully vetted astrologers for personalised, real-world advice across relationships, career, and life transitions.
At its core, AstroKarma champions positive astrology - focusing on empowerment, clarity, and actionable direction, rather than fear-based predictions.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with astrologers and internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage astrologer onboarding, coordination, scheduling, and support.
2. Build strong, trust-based relationships with astrologers.
3. Act as the key point of contact and resolve operational queries.
4. Monitor availability, performance, consultations, and feedback.
5. Drive astrologer engagement, retention, and experience.
6. Maintain performance reports using Google Sheets & Excel.
7. Identify process gaps and work with internal teams to improve operations.

1. 0–2 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, business operations, or a similar role.

2. Freshers with strong analytical and organizational skills may also apply.

3. Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

5. Good analytical skills with attention to detail.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

7. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

8. Astrology domain experience is preferred.
