Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Manager for the Mortgages vertical in Rohtak. The role involves driving mortgage business, building the sourcing network and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and grow mortgage business (home loans / loan against property) in the assigned territory
• Generate leads through direct sales, channel partners and local networking
• Build and manage relationships with DSAs, builders and other referral sources
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Relevant experience in mortgage or secured-loan sales: [add years]
• Good knowledge of the local Rohtak market
• Strong communication, negotiation and target-delivery skills
