Job Description – Sales Manager (School Finance / Prime LAP)
Organization: Leading Bank Location: Nizamabad, Hyderabad (Telangana) Role: Sales Manager – School Finance / Prime LAP CTC- Upto10 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth by sourcing School Finance and Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through open market, DSA, connectors, and direct soucring.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize portfolio growth and market penetration.
Build strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
Ensure quality sourcing, credit compliance, and timely loan processing.
Monitor team productivity, pipeline, and conversion ratios through regular reviews.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for seamless loan disbursement.
Recruit, train, and motivate team members to enhance sales performance.
Eligibility:
Experience: 4–6 years in School Finance, Prime LAP, Mortgage, or Secured Lending, with minimum 2–3 years of team handling experience .
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Good communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with experience in Banking/NBFCs handling School Finance, Prime LAP, or Mortgage products.
Familiarity with the Andhra Pradesh market is preferred.
