About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming leads from ads, social media, and referrals.
2. Communicate with prospective couples via calls, messages, and meetings.
3. Understand client requirements and create quotations accordingly.
4. Follow up to convert inquiries into bookings.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales progress.
6. Coordinate with the operations and photography teams when required.
7. Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
