About the job

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with transporters and companies, onboarding new clients, managing leads and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads and identify potential business clients.
2. Contact transporters and businesses through calls, meetings and other channels.
3. Onboard new transporters/clients on the Transopedia platform.
4. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
5. Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
6. Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
7. Maintain client records and provide regular sales reports.
8. Build long-term relationships with transporters and business partners.

B2B Sales Client Relationship Management (CRM) Effective Communication Field Sales Lead Generation Negotiation Sales

Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable with calling, client meetings and follow-ups

Target-oriented and self-motivated

1+ year of experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.

Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Recruitment or related industries will be an advantage.

Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to communicate with clients regularly are preferred.
