About the job

Key responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day showroom sales operations, ensuring a premium and welcoming customer experience aligned with the Ekaani brand.
2. Actively engage with customers, understand their gifting and home d cor requirements, and recommend suitable products based on their occasion, budget, and preferences.
3. Generate and convert new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, outbound calling, networking, events, and local business outreach.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI customers, corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, interior designers, architects and other potential B2B clients.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, sales and pending orders. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and share regular reports with management.
6. Coordinate with the operations, inventory, and management teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and timely delivery of customer orders, particularly for bulk and corporate orders.
