Role Description The Agency Sales Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with advertising agencies and key marketing stakeholders. This position involves identifying and qualifying new agency prospects, conducting pitches and demos of strongmetrics platform, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The Agency Sales Manager will manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account success. Day-to-day activities include analyzing campaign performance, gathering client feedback, and working with product and operations teams to optimize solutions for agency partners. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, forecasting revenue, and representing strongmetrics at virtual industry events and meetings.
Demonstrated experience in agency sales, business development, or account management within digital advertising or adtech.
Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling to agency and marketing stakeholders.
Knowledge of mobile marketing, programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and performance-driven campaigns.
Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and standard office productivity software.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
Experience working with AI-driven or data-intensive marketing platforms is an advantage.
