Key Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets.
• Generate business for the organization through sales, client acquisition, and
successful deal closures.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, site
visits, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business
objectives.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, sales pipeline, and conversion ratios.
• Manage P&L and profitability for the assigned business/project.
• Monitor sales revenue, collections, targets, and overall business performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers,
and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching, training, and performance
guidance.
• Ensure timely follow-up and effective utilization of company-generated and selfgenerated
leads.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for
management.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets while maintaining
profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with teamhandling
experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating business.
• Strong experience in team management, sales strategy, and P&L
management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and market dynamics.
• Target-oriented with strong business acumen and decision-making abilities.
