*Experience:* 20+ Years of relevant experience in *Automobile Sales / Automobile Dealership / OEM Sales / Dealership Management / Sales Leadership*. Minimum 7 years in a *Senior Sales Leadership* role within an automobile dealership or OEM network.
*Salary:* Upto 24 LPA

*Key Requirements & Responsibilities*

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve *annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets*.
* Lead the overall *vehicle sales business* and drive revenue growth across dealership operations.
* Drive sales growth across *Passenger Vehicles / SUV segments* and improve dealership market penetration.
* Identify new *market opportunities* and expand the dealership's customer base across Kerala.
* Monitor and improve *dealership profitability* through effective sales planning and execution.
* Lead, manage, and motivate *sales teams across multiple locations*.
* Establish performance metrics and ensure achievement of *sales KPIs and business targets*.
* Conduct regular *sales reviews, forecasting, pipeline management,* and performance analysis.
* Recruit, mentor, train, and develop *Sales Managers and Sales Consultants*.
* Build a *performance-driven sales culture* focused on customer experience and business results.
* Drive *customer acquisition, retention, referrals,* and relationship-building initiatives.
* Develop strong relationships with *key customers, fleet operators, institutions,* and corporate clients.
* Monitor *customer satisfaction* and implement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.
* Ensure effective management of *enquiries, test drives, bookings,* and vehicle deliveries.
* Participate in *regional reviews, business planning,* and dealership performance assessments.
* Analyse *market trends, competition, customer insights,* and dealership performance.
* Strong leadership, *communication, negotiation, team management,* and business development skills are essential.
