Sales Head: E-commerce & Coaching Sales The Seventh | Hiring through The unfAIr Advantage
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (full-time, on-site) Experience: 4–5+ years in sales, including 2+ years leading a team Reports to: The founders
About the role You will own the two engines that turn interest into revenue: our e-commerce conversion desk and our health-coach sales team. You will build a calling and messaging system, train the team, and run a sales culture that helps customers rather than pushes them.
Key responsibilities
Recover abandoned carts and enquiries, and confirm COD orders to reduce cancellations and returns.
Hire, train and manage the tele-sales caller team, with daily targets, call audits and weekly one-on-ones.
Write and improve call scripts, WhatsApp templates and email sequences.
Grow reorders, order value and win-backs with approved offers.
Lead the in-house health coaches to grow coaching enrolments and supplement sales, with no pressure selling and no medical claims.
Keep the CRM updated, share a daily sales dashboard and review progress weekly with the founders.
Requirements
4-5+ years in sales, with 2+ years leading a team of 5 or more.
Inside sales or tele-sales experience in D2C, e-commerce, health and wellness, edtech or a similar consumer business.
Hands-on with CRMs, WhatsApp Business tools and Shopify or similar order panels.
Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
Numbers-driven, and able to coach people by listening to their calls.
