Sales Executive - SaaS (Leads-to-Paid Conversion)

eLawOffice is a complete practice management platform built for Indian law firms covering cases, hearings, billing, HR, eCourt integration, and more. We're growing fast and looking for a driven sales professional to help convert our trial users into paying customers.

We're looking for someone who can take trial sign-ups and turn them into active paid customers. You'll be the key point of contact for firms exploring eLawOffice understanding their needs, running product demos over video calls, and guiding them to the right plan.

A. Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to trial users and understand their requirements.
2. Conduct live software demos over video calls (Zoom/Google Meet).
3. Explain features and show how eLawOffice solves each firm's specific pain points.
4. Follow up consistently to move trials toward paid plans.
5. Handle objections, answer queries, and build trust with prospects.
6. Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversion progress.
7. Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the platform.
8. Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets.

1. 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably SaaS or software sales.

2. Comfortable running video call demos and speaking to professionals.

3. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).

4. Ability to understand software features and explain them simply.

5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised.

6. Basic comfort with CRM tools and follow-up discipline.

7. Experience selling to law firms, professionals, or SMBs.

8. Understanding of the legal industry or B2B software.

9. Prior trial-to-paid conversion experience.
