About the job

As a Sales Executive at Sitech PLM, you'll build a strong pipeline, guide prospects through the sales process, and develop lasting client relationships. You'll work closely with colleagues to coordinate follow-up and keep opportunities moving.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research prospective clients, then reach out through relevant channels to generate new sales opportunities.
2. Hold thoughtful discovery conversations to understand prospects' needs, priorities, and decision-making processes.
3. Present relevant offerings clearly, tailoring your approach to each prospect's goals and questions.
4. Manage opportunities from initial contact through follow-up, negotiation, and agreement, keeping prospects informed at each stage.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and next steps so that activity and pipeline progress are easy to track.
6. Coordinate with colleagues to share prospect insights, prepare for client discussions, and ensure timely responses.
7. Stay connected with clients after a sale, address concerns promptly, and identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship.
