About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside sales executive to manage customer enquiries, prepare techno-commercial quotations, and support order conversion for our industrial valve and automation product range.

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand customer requirements and technical specifications
2. Handle RFQs and prepare techno-commercial quotations
3. Follow up for approvals and support order conversion
4. Coordinate with internal sales and warehouse teams
5. Maintain quotation and order data in ERP/SAP systems
6. Provide technical clarification and support to clients
