Job Title: Sales & Customer Relationship Executive

Working Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Customer Relationship Executive with strong English communication skills and a proven track record in telesales , customer service , and CRM management to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls to promote products and generate new business opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end customer service — from initial contact to post-sale follow-up — ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Convert leads into sales by effectively demonstrating product value and addressing objections.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) to log interactions, track leads, and maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues promptly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, and inventory) to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost average order value and customer lifetime value.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales , telesales , customer service , or CRM-based roles .
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively.
• Strong negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
