About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
2. Generate business for room bookings, banquets, weddings, and corporate events.
3. Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
4. Generate new business through cold calling, follow-ups, corporate visits, and direct client outreach.
5. Identify and close high-value wedding, corporate, and event opportunities.
6. Upsell premium packages and value-added services.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, and other business sources.
