About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle sales inquiries, leads, calls, walk-ins, and student/parent queries.
2. Counsel students regarding courses, fees, batches, career opportunities, and course benefits.
3. Convert leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and communication.
4. Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
5. Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
6. Handle student fee collection and payment follow-ups.
7. Maintain proper records of admissions, payments, follow-ups, and student details.
8. Update and maintain class/lecture recordings regularly on Google Drive.
9. Ensure recordings and related student/course information are updated properly and on time.
10. Maintain daily sales, collection, and follow-up reports.
11. Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth batch and student management.
12. Provide post-admission support to students.
13. Participate in seminars, promotional activities, and local marketing activities.
14. Perform other sales and center-related responsibilities assigned by management.
