About the job

What You Will Do:

Drive sales: Generate and convert leads for residential rooftop solar installations and EV charging solutions.

Build relationships: Connect with homeowners, business owners, property managers, housing societies, hotels, and other potential customers.

Own the sales cycle: Handle prospecting, customer meetings, requirement assessment, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.

Learn the business: Understand solar system sizing, customer savings and ROI, EV charger configurations, installation requirements, and project economics.

Work with the execution team: Coordinate with technical and project teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Achieve targets: Take ownership of monthly sales goals and build a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
