About the job

As an Export Sales Executive at PARTHVI EXIM, you will have the exciting opportunity to expand our business globally. Your role will involve effectively communicating with clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, along with your strong interpersonal skills, will be essential in achieving success in this role.

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate with overseas customers through Email, WhatsApp, Phone, and other business channels.
2. Handle customer enquiries and understand their product requirements.
3. Follow up with international buyers and support conversion of enquiries into orders.
4. Build and maintain professional relationships with overseas customers.
5. Share product details, pricing, specifications, and availability; prepare quotations and assist with sales documentation.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and shipment-related activities.
7. Maintain customer and enquiry records in MS Excel, AND Prepare regular sales follow-up and customer status reports.
8. Support day-to-day export sales and business development activities.

6. Positive, confident, and professional personality.

7. Willingness to learn export sales and international business.

8. Export/International Sales experience preferred.

9. Experience in agricultural products, spices, food products, or commodity exports will be an advantage.

10. Freshers with good English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
