Sales Executive - Structural Heart in भारत

Medtronic seeks a Sales Executive for Structural Heart to promote and sell cardiovascular products within an assigned territory. The role involves building stakeholder relationships, pursuing leads, conducting market research, and communicating customer feedback to internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medtronic structural heart products to meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Assess customer needs and pursue leads to maximize product benefits
  • Conduct market research on customer and competitor activities and implement development strategies
  • Communicate customer feedback on products and modifications to R&D, Operations, and Marketing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
  • OR Associate's degree with 2+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
  • OR Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Market research and competitive analysis skills
  • Basic negotiation and presentation capabilities
