We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with experience selling premium residential apartments to manage customer enquiries, conduct site visits, and drive sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle enquiries from digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable apartments, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
Conduct site visits and explain project features and key benefits.
Follow up with prospects, negotiate within approved terms, and convert leads into bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales reports in the CRM.
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and accounts teams for documentation, agreements, and payments.
Build strong customer relationships throughout the buying journey.
Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of real estate sales experience, including premium apartment sales.
Proven ability to handle customers independently and close sales.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Graduate in any discipline.
Willingness to work on weekends and attend scheduled customer visits.
