Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day activities include handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, following up on trial sign-ups, and converting interested prospects into long-term members. The Inside Sales Specialist will collaborate with the customer support and marketing teams to optimize lead flow, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from first contact through purchase. The role also involves meeting individual and team sales targets, gathering feedback from students, and providing insights to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

Demonstrated proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to manage and convert a high volume of leads.

Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic sales reporting to track performance and follow-up activities.

Prior experience in B2C sales, subscription-based services, or wellness/fitness products is beneficial.

Willingness to work flexible hours to support students across different time zones, as business needs require.

Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
